Crew Supervisor
- Basic Requirements
- Valid Drivers' License
- Education
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate Degree or current student in the Horticulture study
- Experience
- Required: Equipment Operation Experience (Bobcat, TrackHoe, etc.)
- Preferred: Two or more years experience in the Landscaping field.
- Experience with Irrigation Systems
- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate activities on the job site, as well as respond to instructions laid out by the Project Manager.
- Must have the skills and knowledge to keep all lines of communication open within the office and from external sources. Ability to work well with other employees.
- This position must have the ability to comprehend construction plans.
The physical requirements for this position are rough and vigorous. The job requires the Crew Supervisor to function as a field technician to assure the Project Manager that the assigned projects are progressing as scheduled. The Crew Supervisor is held responsible for organizing a crew of 4-6 individuals and coordinating their efforts to complete a given task on time.
